roomezy.ai is the creator, owner, and operator of Roomezy and its associated digital properties, including all websites, applications, services, products, and related content (collectively, our "Site" or "Roomezy"). This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and roomezy.ai with respect to Roomezy.

By using Roomezy, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Agreement or if you are not legally competent or able to agree to them, then you may not use Roomezy.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and should therefore be read in conjunction with it.

To the extent that roomezy.ai processes any personal data on your behalf that is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the terms of the Roomezy Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which are hereby incorporated by reference, shall apply.

Roomezy uses A3 Bees Innovations as its technology partner to power its advanced visualizer solutions and enhance the platform's performance.

Your use of Roomezy's services requires access to the internet. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary internet connection, as well as any related costs. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the required devices, hardware, or software needed to access and use our services.

At any time, we may modify or update:

• Our Site.
• This Agreement.
• Our policies, including the Privacy Policy.
• The Data Processing Agreement.

All changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our Site. Your continued use of Roomezy after such changes constitutes your acknowledgement, agreement, and acceptance of the revised terms.

Revisions to this Agreement will supersede all previous versions, including any verbal or written notices or statements. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using Roomezy.

To use Roomezy, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence.
• Regardless of location, you must be at least 13 years of age to access our Site and services.
• If you are under 13 years old, you are strictly prohibited from using Roomezy.

By using Roomezy, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We will respect your personal information and comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation and rules currently in force. We will use any information provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You undertake that all details that you provide to us for any purpose whatsoever will be complete and accurate. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Roomezy facilitates the visualization and purchase of products or services offered, sold, or manufactured by third parties, such as our vendors, suppliers, or partners. Roomezy itself does not sell, warrant, or guarantee the products displayed.

We do not guarantee that the prices, descriptions, images, 3D representations, and product details provided by third parties are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact the vendor directly.

We strive to present accurate information, but occasional errors may occur, such as inaccuracies in size, color, price, availability, or specifications. In collaboration with our vendors, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel or modify your order to correct inaccuracies or errors.
• Revoke offers or correct product details, even after orders have been submitted.

We may also verify certain information before accepting an order. Along with our vendors, we reserve the right to:

• Change, limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Do so without prior notification, including after you receive an order number or email confirmation.

By using Roomezy, you acknowledge that A3 Bees Innovations is not responsible for any discrepancies, inaccuracies, or order fulfillment issues, as these are the sole responsibility of the third-party vendors.

Roomezy may provide editable and customizable templates of certain reference materials (including but not limited to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) within our Site or through other channels. These templates are offered as reference materials to assist you in creating your own terms.

By using these templates, you acknowledge and agree that:

• It is your sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the terms you implement with end users.
• You must ensure that such terms accurately reflect your business practices and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

A3 Bees Innovations makes no representations, warranties, or assurances regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any templates or reference materials provided. The availability of these templates by Roomezy should not be construed as legal advice.

Roomezy may include Artificial Intelligence (AI) features, such as an AI-powered chatbot, designed to provide helpful information to end users based on available data and predefined algorithms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be solely relied upon for factual accuracy or professional advice.
• AI-generated content does not represent the views of A3 Bees Innovations and may reference third-party products or services without implying affiliation or endorsement.
• While the AI chatbot aims to provide accurate responses, it is an automated system and may occasionally offer incorrect information. End users should confirm AI-generated information with live representatives when necessary.

Roomezy and A3 Bees Innovations are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or offensive content from AI features. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roomezy and A3 Bees Innovations against any third-party claims arising from AI-generated content.

For Roomezy customers, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party search engines use proprietary algorithms that frequently change, which may affect how your website content, pages, and domain are displayed. Roomezy has no control over these changes or their impact on search rankings.
• SEO results are subject to factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, domain ratings, or similar metrics.
• No refunds or discounts will be provided for unsatisfactory SEO results.
• Website Integration: Roomezy may provide website integration services to enhance your platform's functionality. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party systems, platforms, or software. Any integration issues arising from external platforms are beyond our control.
• Roomezy and A3 Bees Innovations are not liable for any ranking fluctuations, exclusions, or website integration issues caused by third-party search engines, platforms, or external systems.

The Interactive Kiosk is a version of Roomezy software, designed to be used on hardware (a "Kiosk") located in a physical, commercial space (e.g., at the premises of a retailer or manufacturer) for use by potential customers, sales representatives, and other personnel. By using the Roomezy Interactive Kiosk, you agree to comply with the following:

• You are free to obtain any Kiosk or compatible hardware to run the Roomezy Interactive Kiosk software. The software is not restricted to specific models or hardware.
• Roomezy and A3 Bees Innovations are not in the business of manufacturing, selling, or purchasing Kiosks, and are not affiliated with any Kiosk suppliers.
• If you purchase a Kiosk or related hardware from a third party, Roomezy is not a party to that transaction and holds no liability for the product, shipping, warranties, or support.
• Any shipping arrangements, warranties, or support related to the Kiosk or hardware must be obtained through the third-party supplier.
• Roomezy makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party Kiosk products or services and holds no responsibility for any liability, claims, or disputes arising from your use of such hardware.
• Any prior agreements or claims related to the Roomezy Interactive Kiosk or associated hardware are superseded by this Agreement.

By using Roomezy, you may submit content such as feedback, suggestions, reviews, messages, product selections, business information, contact details, favorites, images, or surroundings captures (collectively, "Content"). By submitting Content, you agree to the following:

• Your Content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, patent, etc.) or applicable laws.
• You have the legal right to use and permit Roomezy to publish your Content.
• You grant Roomezy a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and create derivative works from your Content, without compensation.
• If your Content is published, other users may access, share, and use it.
• You agree not to submit reviews if you are affiliated with the vendor, service provider, or their competitors.
• You are solely responsible for your Content and any consequences arising from its use.
• You agree to pay any fees, royalties, or liabilities resulting from your Content.
• Roomezy does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of any Content.
• We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, modify, or remove Content without notice.
• We may publish, transmit, or alter Content in any format or method we choose.
• Roomezy takes no responsibility for Content submitted by you or others.

You may not create a link to any page of this website without our prior written consent. If you choose to create a link to any page of Roomezy, you do so at your own risk. The exclusions and limitations outlined in this Agreement will apply to your use of Roomezy by linking to it.

We do not monitor or review the content of third-party websites linked from Roomezy. Any opinions or materials found on such websites do not necessarily reflect our views and should not be considered as published or endorsed by us.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of external websites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit. It is your responsibility to assess the security and trustworthiness of any external sites linked from Roomezy before sharing personal information. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from your interactions with third-party websites or the disclosure of your personal information.

Roomezy will make every effort to process your subscription or service access promptly but does not guarantee activation within a specific timeframe. By submitting your payment and other required details, you are making an offer to purchase a service from Roomezy. Your offer will only be accepted when we successfully verify your payment details and email address, at which point access to the service will be provided.

Roomezy reserves the right to reject any offer at its discretion, with or without reason. If Roomezy partners with third-party content providers to offer bundled services, payments for such services may be collected by Roomezy. While we strive to ensure seamless access to all such partner services through a unified platform, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical failures, internet issues, or factors beyond our control. In such cases, the contract will be considered formed once access to partner services is restored.

By using Roomezy, you agree to behave lawfully and in line with our terms and policies. We may terminate your access and involve law enforcement if you engage in prohibited activities.

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information (e.g., about yourself, your location, or when leaving reviews).
• Use Roomezy to harm, threaten, or harass others.
• Transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful content.
• Use Roomezy for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without proper authorization.
• Display Roomezy content without attribution or with altered trademarks or copyright.
• Falsely imply Roomezy's endorsement or affiliation with any third party.
• Modify or tamper with Roomezy's links, content, or code.
• Collect or misuse personal information of other users without consent.
• Use bots, data mining, or automated tools to extract content.
• Interfere with or overburden Roomezy's services or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Roomezy is owned and operated by A3 Bees Innovations. All content, data, products, services, and derivative works on our Site, including intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Lightlink Solutions and its licensors, vendors, and affiliates. Our content is protected by local and international laws, and you agree that our rights are valid and enforceable.

Our Site contains registered and unregistered trademarks, copyrights, and service marks, including but not limited to our logo, taglines, and branding (collectively, "Our Marks"). Any unauthorized use of Our Marks is strictly prohibited. You agree that:

• All rights to Our Marks belong exclusively to Lightlink Solutions or its licensors.
• Any value or goodwill generated through your use of Our Marks will accrue solely to us.
• You will not take actions that threaten, challenge, or diminish the value of Our Marks.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to provide content or product information to Roomezy. You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Roomezy respects intellectual property rights and does not allow copyright or trademark infringement. If you believe any content on our site violates your rights, submit a notice with:

• Your name, contact details, and signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work and its location (URL).
• The URL of the infringing content.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

Report issues to: contact@roomezy.ai (Subject: "Copyright Notice"). We will respond promptly.

This agreement remains in effect from your first access to Roomezy until terminated. We may, at our discretion and without notice, terminate your account and access to Roomezy at any time. Additionally, we may remove any submitted content if it violates this agreement or for any other reason.

If you fail to comply with this agreement, it will automatically terminate. Upon termination, all obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, rights, and licenses granted to us will survive indefinitely. We are not liable for any termination, whether intentional or accidental.

To terminate your account, please send a request via email to contact@roomezy.ai.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Roomezy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not responsible for any damages or liability arising from content on our site, including third-party content, product descriptions, availability, or the conduct of third parties.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, misdelivery, data loss, business interruption, reputational harm, or financial loss due to your use or inability to use Roomezy. Your use of Roomezy and its services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roomezy, its affiliates, licensors, vendors, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or legal fees arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement.
• Your actions or misconduct on our site.
• Allegations that content transmitted through Roomezy infringes on third-party rights.
• The posting or advertisement of third-party content on your behalf.

You and Roomezy agree to waive any rights to litigate in court, have a jury trial, or participate in a class action. Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through legally binding arbitration, administered by us and conducted by an independent legal professional. Arbitration will take place in a location determined by Roomezy.

Before initiating arbitration, you must notify us in writing at least 90 days in advance at contact@roomezy.ai to allow time for mutual resolution. If unresolved, arbitration will proceed on an individual basis only. You acknowledge that you are waiving the right to a jury trial or class action participation, and the arbitrator cannot combine multiple claims.

Roomezy operates from its designated offices, and this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit any legal claims or arbitration requests only to the courts within the specified jurisdiction. By using Roomezy, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws. Roomezy reserves the right to restrict access to its services in any region at its discretion.

The following terms apply to this Agreement:

• Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain valid.
• Transfer: You may not transfer, delegate, or assign this Agreement.
• Authority: Only Roomezy can modify this Agreement, and any changes require written consent.
• Precedence: This Agreement overrides any prior versions or conflicting policies.
• Relationship: This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Roomezy.
• Format: Titles and formatting are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• Exclusivity: This Agreement applies solely between you and Roomezy, regardless of the platform used to access our Site.

Payment Information

When purchasing a subscription, you must provide accurate payment details and confirm authorization for the selected payment method. If authorization fails, access may be suspended. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where local laws permit cancellation within 14 days, a refund will be issued and access to the service will be revoked.

Free Trial

Roomezy may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. Roomezy reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees for Roomezy are recurring unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew on the same billing date each cycle, with adjustments made for months with fewer days.

Payment Methods

Roomezy accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other available payment methods. Roomezy does not offer price protection, and failed payments may result in access being revoked.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may be added based on location. You are responsible for any duties and customs fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancelling before the next billing cycle prevents further charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Violating these terms may result in termination without refund.
